Recently purchased a pair of Keen Newport H2’s from Gericks. I needed a good solid shoe that was waterproof and secure on my feet. After a few trips in these shoes to the river, I am beyond happy with my purchase. They’re light on the feet and don’t become water logged, they have amazing traction on wet rocks, and they dry very quick. Thanks Gericks fam!
Horrible assistance. What you do not want to do is ask them if they can fix a flat tire on an Ebike. Really? They expressed the battery and insurance issue. Yep, get that But you couldn't even offer to take the tire with the flat tire?? Hmm bad business sence. Not civic minded. APATHETIC.
Passing through Cranbrook,.came in to by skis and binding first thing in the morning, first client in the store. He couldn't find the skis when the site said they had 2 sets available. Finally, found the ski and bought them after being told they "could"charge for the binding installation. Told the gentleman I was going to wait in my car for them to be ready. I waited 5:30 hours in my car before they got ready. Good stuff in there, high prices and poor service.
Ordered a stomp pad for my new Burton snowboard, and it was promptly shipped to me in Toronto. And they even left a nice thank you note and some stickers! Great store and great customer service. Would definitely order from here again.
