Poor estimation or a rip-off artist? We used Gerhardt to prepare for a manufactured home and install a garage. The final bill was more than $10,000 more than what was originally estimated. $5,000 of that was due to our addition of a deck. The other $5,000 he said was due to increases in cost of PVC piping and other misc construction materials.
