I give them one star because i can’t give them ZERO
I had an appointment with a guy named John who was rude on the phone. before I can even get a viewing he asks for documents to prove income. I show him documents that prove that its more then twice the amount of the rent. Then he says you need to have 4 times the amount of the house. He was being difficult, rude and racist. Don't waste your time dealing these rude unprofessional people such as John.
Beware John will charge you for an application fee of $70 with no plans of renting you a property at all . I rarely use the racist card but I got that vibe from him after hearing him over the phone !
