Avoid at all costs! I would avoid this company for several reasons: 1. The customer service is horrendous. There were often times when I would be ignored for weeks or even up to a month by the sales team. 2. I paid £150 for a survey prior to paying for the door to be manufactured. However, it turned out the door and frame were about 3 inches too small in height and 1.5 inches too small in width. I actually flagged this to the sales team prior to install but was dismissed. 3.
