The manager here truly knew what we was talking about. We had a wonderful experience picking out boots for my husband. We appreciated the time she took to really find out what he needed and helped him get exactly what he wanted and no less.
Rude, not friendly stuff…
Absolutely awful customer service! The woman I spoke to was rude and had no intentions of helping me! I will never shop or encourage anyone to shop here ever! (I wanted to exchange a sweater I had received as a gift for Christmas) Her tone of voice and body language do not make her a good fit for customer service!! I would not recommend shopping here! Go somewhere else!
I was prepared to drop $600 on boots and a new parka. Half way through being helped with the boots they say they're closing. Who closes at 1pm on a Saturday? I always try and support local, but my money works just as well at Marks.
Had to give two stars for Amy, she is such a delight. The manager is god awful.. im not sure why she hates customers but I left feeling like absolute dirt. My coworker asked to order some shirts for work ad they have never come in. This was over a month ago0
