Worst factoring ever. No support team No proper funding method
I am the manager on a company that factor with Ecapital. This is the perfect factoring company if you want to go out of business. Their customer service are trash. Account manager never helps, never have an answer for any question. When you ask for a copy of your contract. They ignore you. Most of the time they don’t invoice brokers for payments. Then when an open invoice reach 90 days they take the money away from you. Even though they didn’t do their job of invoicing brokers, even though you pay them a fee to factor loads ... read more
Will have you sitting waiting on them to verify and you go call the broker and the broker tells you they haven't even emailed them. This company is not for owner operators. Imagine owning a fleet and your drivers not paid over ecapitals staff not doing they job or simply jealous you Making money. If you like sitting on the side of the road waiting on pay then this is the place. Worst factoring company ice experience.
I don’t recommend this factoring company at all. Be careful what do you sign in. The contract is full with penalties. I was sick and I didn’t work more then 30 days and they wanted to fine me $2000 because of that. Even after 90 days notice and one year you have to pay cancellation fee $750. In my case they want me $2500. They sent me wrong balance, which made things complicated. They made mistake with one load, billed wrong brokerage. I am still waiting few days and no respond to my email request. Better stay away from this... read more
