Great people and great interest rates. I’ve had all three of my loans through Gerber (2 auto, 1 personal) and they’ve all been quickly processed with very good interest rates. I’d recommend using them 10/10

I've done business with GFCU since 1994 and the more time passes the worse the service gets. You can't call the Newaygo branch (where I live and bank) directly. If you call Fremont most of the time they won't even put you through to someone in Newaygo, they want to deliver messages for you. Any service you request they charge you for like needing a monthly statement printed, that'll be $2 per statement. Service and security fees all over the place.
