Awesome experience all around. They are professional, and I really liked the text messages that kept me in the loop.
Service is pretty good. They let you know how repairs are going with vehicle. However, last time I picked up our car my trunk had two coffee or drink cup stains from some who were working on the bumper. That's very unprofessional. When I picked up the vehicle, no one was there to do walk around.

They just finished my vehicle today after over a month. Everything was supposed to be covered by State Farm (Insurance of the man who hit me) Including the $500 deductible and they told me they told the shop in the beginning that they would take care of all expenses. I'm told today that this shop sent everything through USAA (my insurance). Long story short, I called this shop and Simply asked how this mix up happened.
