Ulrich helped us a lot in securing the mortgage. We have changed the property we wanted to buy in the middle and he helped with mending the mortgage offer smoothly. He also helped us identifying a possible scam from a real estate agent. Very trustworthy and good communication. Definitely will recommend to the friends.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. It was a complete WASTE OF TIME dealing with Ulrich. He charged us a lot upfront but didn't achieve anything in the past few months. It almost made our house purchase fall apart. Right from the beginning, he didn't seem to know what he was doing when sending our application to lenders. There were constant delays, and he often ignored our calls and emails. Even though he said he was working on it, we didn't see any progress.
