They don't ask you any questions when you provide them your information - they expect you to have it perfect! They do not review their work with you before it's time to file. It's crazy - then they say they will refund your money - oh - then they change their mind. Would never refer them - I was referred to them from someone who used them years ago. But's it's definitely not worth the $2000+ they charge.
