This was the worst experience I've had - the communication with Gerald was beyond terrible. It was a series of trying to get in touch with him, and trusting his promises while he continued to disappear and be unresponsive for 2-3 weeks at a time. Initially, he told me that he expected to wrap up my return within a week because he was going on a trip.
