Very unprofessional and disorganized. They had our tax documents for 3 weeks and never returned any phone calls. When I finally reached them I was told my tax documents were not there, they were at Jennifers' (I don't know Jennifer) house. Jennifer (still don't know her) called me that evening explaining she was unsure and had never done a certain part of our taxes but she would try if we wanted her to.
