Jerome was very helpful and responsive assisting with a home purchase. He thoughtfully walked us through the contract terms and made sure our interests were protected. He added more value than a real estate agent at a fraction of the cost—we had significantly more buying power because we could make an offer where the seller didn’t have to pay a buyer’s agent fee, so the net to the seller was equivalent to a ~3% higher offer.
