These people are awful at overdraft fees I often check my balances and I transferred the money over and they have eaten me up and overdraft fees I'm going to disability income so when I called and check with my balance is under line then I expected that is what the balance is but inevitably they don't give you time to transfer the money over I don't know what's wrong with their system but I know they have eaten me up for at least over $400 at $5 increments because they don't at least a lot a lot of you 24 hours I mean they j... read more
Had an auto loan through them, paid my loan off a month early and when these folks reported it to the credit bureau they noted my account as "closed" not paid in full. As we all know, a "closed" account is seen as derogatory. This hurt my credit score by a combined 69 points (Transunion/Equifax). Called to get it straightened out and the woman I spoke to thought I was some kind of dummy and tried to BS me into believing that what they did was correct. Needless to say I had to correct her.
