Lately, I am not have a good experience with this bank. You can never get anyone on the phone. You're always kicked out of your online account especially around payday. The new system is the worse and I have been calling every branch in this area for hours and still no one is available.
Sasha and the team assisted me when I entered for an auto loan. Got down to it and met my needs and timeline. Couldn't ask for more. I would rate higher but it was a first time experience and not one of longevity.
