When I opened my account with Geovista in 2018 there were no monthly fees and I got a refund every month for non Geovista atm’s. I recently realized that they have been charging me a $4.95 monthly fee and stopped refunding atm fees. The last straw was today though. I balanced my account down to the day that my auto pay student loan comes out on the same day that I got paid but even though both transactions occurred overnight the bank processed the payment before the deposit and charged me a $30 overdraft fee. Been with this bank for over 11 years now and it has become the worst banking experience I’ve ever had in the last 2 years.. I’m tired of being blindly loyal to this bank..
