Been with this bank for over 11 years now and it has become the worst banking experience I’ve ever had in the last 2 years.. I’m tired of being blindly loyal to this bank..
Tried calling the Rincon office to ask question before going into the facility, kept getting the hours of operation, and address. Phone would not pick up. 😒 This seems minor but when it's 95 degrees outside, I don't want to be out and have to go back again because my question was not answered in the first place. This isn't the first issue with this organization! Seriously thinking of relocating my money.
