I have used this firm twice...not impressed. The first time that I used them, they came out and took out all the trees out that we discussed except one. It was really odd how they decided to leave this one tree. I called them and they charged me several hundred dollars to remove this last tree. While I did not think this completely fair as I had made the decision to use them based upon the initial price, I was not totally unsatisfied as they ultimately took out all the trees and quickly responded to take the one missed ... read more
