I have been waiting for my payment since December 2024. I received an email late last night that a payment would be uploaded. I constantly checked but nothing was there last night. This morning when I woke up I checked and saw the payment at 7 AM this morning. I requested a payout and the policy on Gengo is payments requested before 5PM will be on the 3rd will be on the 10th. My experience with Lionbridge was very disappointing. I signed a contract with clear terms regarding payment, yet they failed to pay me on the agreed date. Despite repeated follow-ups, my payment was delayed for months and ultimately processed just after Christmas. This timing felt personal and unprofessional, leaving me in a tough spot during the holidays.
