Used United First for over a decade. Recently noticed my savings account draining because of a $5 printed statement fee every single month… never was I notified of this fee. It is beyond ridiculous for a bank to drain a SAVINGS account.
Always friendly and prompt service....never had a problem with transactions
Jason, Ashtein, Amber, and Skye are always just a phone call away! They are all super professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Nothing but great things from this bank!
Not happy with this bank. The best way to do business here is to go inside or drive thru don't call and leave messages because some of them will not return phone calls
