First time at this location. I was treated like they had known me my whole life. So professional and friendly.
Used United First for over a decade. Recently noticed my savings account draining because of a $5 printed statement fee every single month… never was I notified of this fee. It is beyond ridiculous for a bank to drain a SAVINGS account.
