It was Friday evening almost closing time. Tony Dearman and supporting staff went above and beyond to a ssist me in getting my business completed.. Tony was very professional and knowledgeable .Thank you GA.own.
I had an excellent experience with Tomecia! She took the time to explain how the CD account works and went over all the details of what it offers in a clear and professional way. She even provided me with a brochure and highlighted the most important information, which made everything easy to understand. Her customer service was extremely thorough, helpful, and truly excellent. I left feeling confident and well-informed.
The ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!! If you value your time, energy and money DO NOT use Georgia’s Own Credit Union. You have been warned! If I could give negative stars I would.
Young indian lady at this building has a nasty attitude. I came in to get a new card but first she did not say good morning or welcome me into the bank. She was on her phone. Georgia Own check camera on 6.6.2025 around 9:15 am. When I got to the window. I told her I need a new card. She said why? I said cause someone used my card. She asked did I report it? I said yes.
