Would not recommend doing any business with this bank for poor communication from start to finish. I attempted to open an account online and wasn't able to. I decided to open it in person. I called ahead and asked what documents were required. I brought these documents to the branch and was told actually I needed my social security card (which was not mentioned in the conversation).
