I went to this credit union on March 19 to apply for an auto loan. A week passes by I called because I haven’t heard back. They say they need more documentation from the co applicant I sent it over. It’s been 2 weeks since I’ve sent that. Total since I’ve applied, I’ve been waiting 3 weeks and still have not heard anything back from them. I keep calling multiple times on different days throughout the whole 3 week period because no one reaches out to me. When they respond they tell me my loan agent is not available.
