Neglectful care of their residents especially those on the memory care floor. Poor management and the Director of Care is not approachable and rude to staff families and is the same with residents alike. If you do some digging most of the positive reviews are left by upper management and staff at MyLife.
I was very impressed and happy with care my mother got on the fourth floor. The staff were attentive and very understanding of her fear of being alone. She was kept beautifully clean and tidy. Her private room was always neat and her bed made. She enjoyed the food. She was very sad to leave when she was transferred to a long term facility.
Their Director of Care( amandeep) is so nice .. since she joined this company, resident care has improved, hats off to her 🫡
This place is great. There have been many changes but all for the good of the residents.
