Dewayne was fantastic. Our dryer stopped working and our cottage was too far to drive for anyone to come service it. (We called 3 other companies first) Instead of just saying "no", Dewayne walked me through a possible fix over the phone, that was easy to do. In < 5 min we were back in action! Total cost: zero dollars! I will definitely give him all our business in the future!
