Very knowledgeable, patient and friendly he helped me through the entire process, even thing I didn’t really understand and eventually could have been an obstacle for me, but he was so kind and patient to go over the phone, figuring out the best option and, I was able to get my account created and my debit card ready to go. Thanks for the service, great customer support I do really appreciate it. We need people like you in our community!
Went to withdraw money from my vacation account and was told there is a 5.00 fee. Only allowed to withdraw from vacation account quarterly. So I can only take a vacation quarterly????I was never notified of this. This is not the same credit union it used to be. The person who helped us was nice. You have to sign in and wait for someone to help you and that can take be 5-30 minutes..
