This place is horrible. Ever since they moved to their new location it is horrible. The way they are set up makes no since. They punish you if you dont want to use their automated systems. The lobby is full of people waiting to make deposits and no one is helping anybody. This is every time I come in here. I wish I had never opened an account here. Daryl is very professional and does a great job with customers!
Have been banking here since the mid 1990’s. Your new design for the cumming branch is the WORST! Never waited so long at the bank and every time we come into the new location it’s an hour! If you need to bank in person plan on sitting like it’s the DMV.
