I'd never stepped foot in this branch before today. I needed to cash a check, but was lost when I walked in. Keon Stanley greeted me and asked how he could help - very professional yet friendly. He saw the window teller was very busy so escorted me to Jasmine Copeland's office where she cashed the check for me, taking the time to ask how I wanted the funds. Brittni Jones at the Dublin branch gets your paperwork done LIGHTENING FAST. If you have YOUR documents ready, she will waste none of your time. I couldn't believe how easy she made everything for me to buy a vehicle. We did most all of it online including digital signatures. Excellent, friendly, professional service.
Before anything else I’d like to say that Tequila Mack is absolutely AMAZING! She is so sweet, knowledgeable and friendly! Woke up to some fraudulent charges on my account and went to get them disputed. She got me in and took great care of everything. This branch is always great and has friendly staff so you can’t go wrong, but I will definitely ask for her in the future.
