Totally horrible experience No pre operation apt to start with rushed in to surgery after paying cash to be butchered not explanation of the surgery before being carted off Tge surgery i did get was a total failure I have the hernia worse now than before and have surgical plastic and mesh and staples coming thru my skin in my groin area have lost sensitivity all except the daily pain that has now taken over my life Recalled staples and mesh now and already in pain that's unimaginable buyer beware

Update to 6 months after surgery! I am changing my review to a one star. I am highly disappointed in the office staff. I feel like they are so rushed that they don't take their time and read any notes in your chart and are just rushing to get you finished. I had my third telemed appointment since 3-31 today to try and get a prescription refilled that was suppose to be sent on my 3-31 visit. 13 days later, 8 phone calls, 4 text messages and 4 trips to the pharmacy later I still have no prescription and have to come back in a ... read more

Communication is horrible. Had me drive almost a hour for a “consult” only to be asked for money. Despite me sending my insurance card prior and being told it’s only for if I decide to choose them. No ownership was taken. No people skills... really off vibes there. And they weren’t concerned about my experience until I did a review and tried to threaten and bully me into taking it down. This means they probably would have a worse rating but they have bullied others. Never again!
