In early Oct 2025, I used GA Pack & Load for a move from the Atlanta area to Chicago. I paid a premium for this service, which was supposed to include a box for my 65” TV – a box for which they charge $49.95. I spoke with at least 3 people at GA Pack & Load before move day about needing this box, and included the cost in the cashier’s check I prepared before moving day. These crews (packers and movers) really knew their stuff. They were fast, efficient, professional, organized and extremely nice. Not only would I use them again, I highly recommend them. I'm extremely grateful I found them through Trust Dale. Thanks, J. Hunter

The quote we received for our move into our Pods was off by 2 hours, significantly increasing the cost. The guys worked hard and did an excellent job. When it came time to unload the Pods, only 2 of the 3 guys showed up (our contract was for 3). My husband did the work of the 3 guy so the move wouldn’t go past the 3 hour quote, truly defeating the purpose of hiring movers. All he got was a sorry and $100 off the cost.
