Lovely people here and the guided meditations are powerful. I've been a few times and each time l've learned a lot more about the nature of my mind.
A strong spiritual community where beginners and experienced meditators alike can deepen their practice amongst a warm and welcoming group of friends committed to doing the work to be the change they wish to see in the world. Weekly Wednesday and Sunday classes in English are really transformative. This place helped me out of darkness to discover that the brightest light is within. Eternally grateful :)
Such a wonderful place, with beautiful events and compassionate people! The visiting monks from around the world come to share their knowledge and wisdom. Everyone is friendly, informative and welcoming!
