Couldn’t recommend this place enough if you have a curiosity in learning meditation and would like to be guided in person! Be patient with yourself even if you don’t feel like you got it the first or second time. It’s like learning how to ride a bike or learning how to swim. Once you get the hang of it you will start to see the benefits. The staff is welcoming , patient, and super nice. Wednesday nights at 7pm are for meditation.
I had a beautiful, first night here. It was a (full moon) candlelit, guided meditation ceremony. It was very moving. I definitely plan on returning to the Center!
A rejuvenating, relaxing weekend spent at their 2-day meditation retreat. Hope to be back soon!
Love it! Would go everyday if there were centers near to Alpharetta/ JCreek.
