UPDATE: After a filed complaint to the BBB, and a report for fraudulent mishandling of a debt, the false charge was dropped. It took me over a month to get a response from them and that went absolutely nowhere. No answers the phone so you can pay off your debt, but they are quick to say you owe.
Called the number got voicemail left my name an number . Got a call back in 5 minutes. They worked with me on a past Collections that I had and worked with me. The customer sales rep that I had was amazing I wish I can state her name. But go Colorado university buffaloes

I have been trying to resolve this $68 bill for too long. No one ever answers the phone or returns the calls. It is frustrating
