I took my lawn mower in for a simple fix to remove a screw that I drop in the motor. I came to pay for the repairs and the clerk told me all kinds of extra stuff that they fix. I told her that I didn't believe that. She said they usually have pictures with the work order. She went to the back and came out with some guy. He read the ticket and told me the same thing. Took my machine there for repair. They call me Monday & told me it was ready for pick up. I went to pick it up & waited in the shop for a while & waited & waited, finally I told them I was kind of in a hurry & I need it the machine. So the problem was that they could not find my machine.
