The worst credit union ever. Holds cashier checks from banks for 5 business days. Ordered from Kroger. The real amount posted to my account but they held the hold amount for 7 days. Ordered from Walmart. They held the hold amount and real amount for 5 days. They took $1,381.44 of my money and keep holds on it for days causing me to have to go get money from my savings and deposit cash in the bank so we would have to use our cards. Mary was very patient and went through multiple steps to help us. We were withdrawing funds from an affiliated credit union that we belong to in order for us to purchase a vehicle. Many steps and a couple security hiccups but she helped us get it done! Very happy and we're not even members. Dan & Trish
