Awesome customer service skills. His name was Kevin, he was very nice and cordial. He even gave me a treat, which was a Tootsie row. Treat as we talked about the weather and how it continues to change so much. So I really appreciate the fact that I was able to come in there and I feel like I need to hurry up and leave. He made me feel like I was home like I was a part of the heritage credit union and for that, I say thank you so much. Keep up the good work. Don't let nobody take that good customer service from you.
