This is not my first review for the Georgia Heritage Federal Credit Union on Stephenson Ave., but it is a review that is way overdue for the new crew. Ms. Ashley Clayton is BANK-TASTIC, always with a smile, friendly, and very attentive to customer service, making banking very satisfying. I consistently receive exceptional service from Ms. Ashley Clayton, a teller at Georgia Heritage Bank. Each time I visit the bank, I am fortunate to be assisted by her. She is always courteous, professional, and quietly efficient in her work. I highly recommend that anyone visiting this branch seek out Ms. Clayton for assistance—she truly exemplifies outstanding customer service. Without hesitation, I would rate her five stars—plus five more.

I hate this bank now. I reordered my debit card since sept 20 and it’s Oct 14 and still no debit card
I was addressed by name , greeted when I entered and Stephanie had a nice smile.
