If only I could leave a no-star review. I recently found out that I have unclaimed checks in the states holding and its been well over 17 years. I put the claim in and did as the website said and gave them 90 days to process. Upon the 90th day, I call and inquire about my property (that came from a whole other state) and the lady looked it up and said if the case worker needed something that they would reach out... Was left in limbo until they closed. Give us our money. It's been over 12 weeks.
My initial call was not good. I was given the wrong information that cost me $25 with SOS. After that I spoke with 2 really helpful people. Their help is what made me calm down about the wasted $25. Their help made up for that mistake. They helped me tremendously. I don't know if I can name them, but the Team Lead stayed after hours to help me with questions I had to get a Sales Tax ID.
