Fantastic experience! This was a night and day difference from my local Covington office. They fixed the name/address mistake that Samantha, the manager, rudely made at the Covington location. Khalil Johnson was such a great help at the front. He was attentive, listened to my concerns and needs, and made sure to get me to the representative for help. I was in and out in about 10 mins. This location was also clean and quiet! Will definitely recommend this location in the future.

From the moment I rushed in (thinking it closed at 5) I was shown nothing but respect. The young lady at the kiosk machines was wonderful. She greeted everyone with a positive attitude and gave top tier customer service. She walked me through my process step by step along with the other group of people who were utilizing the machines. Thank you for making my trip to the DMV a great experience.
If I had gotten the miserable person’s name that yelled at me, gave me incorrect information, hung up the phone on me and did not want to listen to anything I had to say to explain what I needed, I would escalate it all the way to the top, so this person could deal with the consequences for failing to do her JOB well. My issue had to do with a mistake on your end btw, so why do I have to be screamed at when I was polite to her on the phone asking for assistance?
