Mary and Makala were extremely professional 👏 and kind.
They stripped me of my CDLbecause their machine were messed up gave me regular drivers license but didn't not repeat the eye test took my brother in to get a Ga. I.D TWICE And he never got a hard copy call and said bring him back in and he is disabled it seems they are running a Circus in this location Between, Ga. apparently there is something wrong with their eye machine because some one else told .e they wanted to take their Cdl for failing their eye test I worked hard for my CDL You would think Going to the Dds in betwee... read more
No long lines customer service excellent quick service I was amazed.
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have never in my life had such fantastic customer service at a DDS as I did today at the Conyers location. These young people are engaging and willing to help and therefore they move customers through at a good pace but we definitely felt welcome all the time. And we met their supervisor as we were leaving and she was extremely nice and I wish this location the very best because it deserves it.
