I had purchased over $5000.00 from this location the customer service is very bad I will never go back as customer to this store
This place is ridiculous. There were literally two people in the store and they told me to wait outside. I waited 10 mins and requested to come in to see one brand and they finally allow me to go in. No customer service nobody cares about what you doing. I originally plan just get one frame and leave. Unfortunately you lose one quick business due to your poor customer service. I would not recommend anyone to this store.
Horrible customer service Low life workers trained to run customers away very rude
Mr Bryan Baxter was very rude to me and wasn’t any help in fixing my glasses. Please don’t waste your money because when it comes time to fix they going say they can’t help you. I also felt like i was being racial profiled by Mr Baxter based on how he was speaking to me using profanity.
