Loud neighbors and no a/c, I wouldn’t recommend, summers get really uncomfortable. I bet the owner has a/c in his home. I expect better for the amount of rent for a 2bed and 1bath. The water pressure in the bathroom is so low and the extremely loud toilets barely flush. It’s so cold inside in the winter because you can’t control your own temperatures. That glass door gets dangerously hot in the summer, it has burned me so many times smh. Also, invest in hand rails for the elderly!
Love it here! Staff is great! From the front office to maintenance……
I absolutely love my place and the girls in the leasing office are so welcoming and helpful. Maintenance is always on time and very knowledgeable and helpful I just love it here at Georgetown Commons.
