It's amazing this place is still standing period. Other than a face lift, that place should of been bulldozed years ago. Always been terrible and don't ever leave anything unlocked.

I enjoy living at Georgetown I’ve been living here for 4 years. The staff are kind and friendly. I never had any problems with maintenance they always come and fix what ever problems r wrong I just like to say Stephanie is such a beautiful person I’m glad I have the pleasure of meeting her and thx u all

Only been here 3 months and I'll be breaking my lease sooner than later. I asked the office do not put me near anyone with kids because I work nights and go to school.....my neighbor has 4 kids and pregnant with another in a 900 Sq. Ft townhome.... like u can't really be serious . Hate to see how summer gonna be and feel with 1 ac unit in the upstairs main bedroom smh.

We have been residents for 3.5 years and counting. The staff is great to work with, and whenever we have a request for maintenance, it is addressed in a timely manner. The in-unit washer & dryer was the biggest selling point when we moved in, and we have never had any issues with them or any of the other large appliances that come with the unit. Neighbors all tend to keep to themselves but are friendly when we encounter others, and our porch neighbors keep an eye out for each other. There is enough shared green space to be a... read more

I called the office about my sink having plumbing problems and the lady who answered the phone was kind and professional to me. My sink was fixed instantly upon calling. Absolutely stunning customer service Georgetown Commons! Also To the maintenance worker that fixed my sink today THANK YOU Sir/Ma’am.
