They are not the place to get help if you don't want to do surgery, I needed help after they found out I was not wanting to do surgery they would not call me back,, they skipped appointment, I set in lobby for over a hr.. each time then I just left,, plus they said the office visit was covered by ins.. it was not,, you will get billed a very high rate for no help at all.
