In less than 5 minutes I saw one of their drivers (License plate KB3889) use the HOV without a 2nd passenger, speed up to prevent a family in an SUV from merging into their lane, and then they cut me off to get in front right before a red light. All in the rain. I have no idea what their woodwork or installations are like, but their driving is terrible, inconsiderate and gives a negative overall impression of the business.
