Went in to buy a basket for the front of my bike. The guy who sold it to me told me it would be about $5 to attach it to my bike because a light would have to be removed. When I brought it in I decided to get it tuned up as well as having them attach the basket. I was told it would be $20 for labor for the basket and when I mentioned I was quoted $5 they kindly took $10 off to at least closely honor that price. We stopped in to George’s looking for info on new mountain bikes. The staff was incredibly helpful, informative, and friendly! We had no intention of purchasing a bike during this visit, but that didn’t stop the employee from spending 30 minutes with us, teaching us about our options. We will definitely purchase from them when we are ready because of the great customer service we received!
Emily was incredibly helpful in assisting me with my first road bike. She was knowledgeable and educated me without making me feel inferior or rushed into purchasing something I wasn’t 100% sold on. I love my new Specialized road bike and would highly recommend George’s and working with Emily!
George's Cycles has done an amazing job taking care of the bikes in my family from doing work on the cheap ones we bought at big retailers, to the new ones we purchased from the location downtown. My whole family has a quality bike from here, and we will be back for more since our riding is always evolving. I've spent lots of time with several of their sales staff, and they have all worked with me to sort out which bike will fit us the best.
