I have never done this ever in my life but I feel I must, as what they did to my fiancé and i was ABSOLUTELY ILLEGAL. I came in for a bike for my fiancé, having called the west state street location to make sure they had a Specialized StumpJumper in moss green in size L. I found out from them that in their database was an XL at the 3rd street location in that same make model and color that was on sale for 3,840 (~700 less than the retail at their location) my fiancé is 6’1.5” and could really use the XL. Went in today to purchase some parts and overheard a conversation between 2 sales folks and a customer. He purchased an e bike and was telling the associates where he was going. Shane’s and watchman on his ebike. Not one of them told him those were not e bike trails. I will never give you another penny. Tell your customers where they are and are not allowed. Play by the rules or don’t play the game.

So mad at this store. We bought an almost $300 bike for my son. He went on one short bike ride, he’s 4, got a flat tire (We have had the bike for 16 days...the flat happened on day 5). We realized that this bike does not have a common tire size. Talked to them to see what we could figure out. Basically told us you bought it, it’s your problem. Asked if we could return it. After a short call, I was invited to bring my recumbent in to inspect for a chain issue. Brian was more than accommodating and immediately discovered a twisted chain issue that was rectified with a new chain. The bike purrs like a kitten now after a few years of rough operation.
