I bought an expensive Specialized Vado at George's Cycles In my experience they are overly expensive and the saleaman wa not very informative or customer friendly. I was not told originally that the required yearly firmware updates for diagnostics could onl1y be done in shop. So if you move and there is not a dealer nearby good luck. I would think, since the Specialized e-bike has an app they could do it through that. They do not take trade-ins either, so be careful!
