Brilliant service gents. Thankyou very much! I came into the shop looking for a replacement part for an older Ultegra FC6700 crankset. The guys couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. They remembered my phone call from earlier in the week and quickly found the part I needed, a back up, plus a helpful tip on installation. Thanks gents - I’ll be back.

I called up about a very particular spacer I needed and Glenn the Mechanic was incredibly helpful. He went out of his way to check, found a spare, and made sure it was the right size. When I arrived at the shop it was all ready to go, and Glenn even came out to give me some extra advice on things to watch out for. His enthusiasm and knowledge really stood out. The rest of the team on the floor were also a pleasure to deal with. Great local bike shop, I highly recommend!
