George's Bike Shop Balcatta was a wonderful find last week when I started looking about for a new bike. The customer service provided at this store was superb. I was listened to, provided with many helpful tips and at no stage felt under pressure to buy anything. The staff were friendly, helpful and very patient with my many questions and requests. The store had a great supply of options and the prices were all very good. I absolutely would recommend this bicycle shop to everyone.
Great customer service, listened to what I needed done on my Madone and fixed it to perfection, no more jumping gears any more and perfect adjustment to the brakes. I would have no hesitation to recommend these guys to service your bike I like the place so much I bought a mountain bike off them as well
Yesterday, I visited this bicycle repair shop to get air filled in my flat tires. When the process was finished, the staff did not charge me anything for the service. This small gesture alone demonstrates how honest and customer-focused this business is. It is truly wonderful to see such kindness today. I brought a new rim and tyre for my bike along with a chain cassette and chain. Installed it myself and the rim was missing a bit so was loose fitting. I took it in for them to have a look and the guy there was extremely rude saying that I have taken something off the rim, when I tried to tell him I hadn’t he responded saying that I have. Was really rude and horrible, insinuating that I was lying when the piece didn’t come on the rim. So just took my bike and left.
