I submitted three years of taxes to get corrected more then three months ago. I haven't received 1 call to update me on there status. I have made more then 10 calls to only get ahold of the receptionist. Now I am told that they do not know where my documents are. They are the most irresponsible and negligent company. I will never conduct business with them again and hope that many others will do the same.
