This company is amazing! I manage a large dermatology practice and we have been ordering surgical tools from them for many, many years. Superior products and customer service, and quick shipping. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Great quality instruments, good customer service (easy to reach people, they are responsive, no crazy phone tree to navigate). They make returns easy.

Buyer beware. Had a huge problem with their repair guarantee work (once you buy their products, you have a repair warranty) and just spoke with the owner. Instead of hearing that his staff and rep have dropped the ball (again!), they NEVER return calls, he proceeded to scream at me that MY STAFF was inadequate. Hostile, unprofessional and not customer service oriented. Buy your instruments and supplies elsewhere, they warranty nothing and they will scream at you if you are a female customer!!
