I used this firm recently for both my sale and purchase. Dealing with Andrea and Laura was so seamless and smooth. I really appreciated the convenience of being able to complete the transaction via virtual appointments.
Callad first time and call was put to Cristina , left message about why i was calling and personal info , Never replied. Called back a week later and explained what happened , was told if she didn't answer she would return call by end of day , she didn't answer so again left info. Again no call back , found this kind of rude to not even respond.
As an owner of a commercial building I had 2 separate tenants that each were in rent arrears for approximately $20,000 each . I called this firm to arrange progressing forward to recover the funds . They took my information and the two delinquent tenants information . Later that day I got a call that they were not interested in taking on either of these two delinquent accounts ???
