I paid a retainer to Alyson Sweetlove to rewrite my existing will. Calls into the firm did not get my work moving. One year later, nothing was done. And somehow billed for $1400 Complaint going to LSO

Callad first time and call was put to Cristina , left message about why i was calling and personal info , Never replied. Called back a week later and explained what happened , was told if she didn't answer she would return call by end of day , she didn't answer so again left info. Again no call back , found this kind of rude to not even respond.
