At around 10:30am this morning (7/17/2025) on highway 54 about 7 miles East of Nevada Missouri, this red day cab George Schafer Trucking truck did endanger my family by passing us at a high rate of speed with a solid yellow line and pouring rain. We were traveling at 65 mph (the posted speed limit) when he decided to illegally pass us.
