I don’t feel that I can trust any business that clearly neglects the animal they choose to keep there. Their poor cat looks like it hasn’t been loved or cared for all its life like they claim it to be. Her nails are long and dirty, her coat is matted, she’s very skinny. I wish they would just take her to the vet. I understand vet care is expensive and this cat may be old but it’s the responsible, humane, thing to do. Older animals deserve even more kindness and dignity.
