I called 12:05pm. 3/26/13. I asked receptionist if this law office deals w/ real estate. She said yes, then I explained I need a clear deed of trust. She said Thats not something George would do. That is too time consuming I replied so that means ur out for this transaction? She said Yes. OMG..What r attorneys for? I am paying cash!!!!
