Great communication throughout the process, but not much of a settlement for back pain that I still have to this day ever since the accident. Was told a much bigger number at the start and that number continued to drop. Unfortunate because they were great to work with until it came to the amount of money for settlement. The place they recommend for PT also took a third with an overinflated initial price so it could be “negotiated” at a discounted rate.
