I spoke with Mr. Mc Caffrey about a case involving my son. I was going to hire him and he said there would be a 2000$ retainer fee. He was supposed to email me the paper work. Before signing the paperwork we spoke several times. I recall one phone conversation where he kept me on the phone for almost an hour supposedly trying to get my email right.
