Our experience started out rough. Once we got upper management involved , the situation was quickly rectified . The C.E.O. & underwriters were efficient. However i wouldn't recommend the loan officer we had (Mary Ellen Walsh). There were serious communication issues. Our realtor experienced the same communication issues. It's highly unprofessional to duck clients' calls & emails. Had upper management not stepped in, I would have left this review at 1 star. My husband and I were so thankful to have George and Barb Flowers assist us through the mortgage process.
